Hall Downplays Win
Land Rovers Manager Steve Hall (pictured) was this afternoon downplaying the semi-final win over Infinity saying the job was not completed. "There's no point winning the semi-final and losing at the final hurdle" said Hall "and we lost to Matt Is Madd only last week so they can't be underestimated by any means". Hall said Land Rovers would again be underdogs going into the final and although the fans expectations would be high, the team needed to stay grounded. "We'll have the usual training this week and hopefully the boys won't get too carried away at the rugby on Friday night" said Hall "but we'll be pretty low key on the run into to the big day". Supporters Club President Liz Pollock was more buoyant "We're gonna win the league, we're gonna win the league" screamed Pollock.

My advice is not to head butt anyone in the final, and if you do get a team of lawyers to appeal the red card because the fourth official looked at a video replay when he shouldn't have.
