Land Rovers Manager Steve Hall (pictured) said this evening that Land Rovers must be underdogs going into the Division 7 Final tomorrow against Matt Is Mad. "These Mad guys beat us only two weeks ago and have lost only one game all season" said Hall "they're a physical side who aren't afraid to put it about so we'll have to try blinding skill as an alternative tactic to our usual fair". Hall said the squad had trained well all week but would now have to turn their attention to football. "Some people think Indoor Football is a matter of life or death" said Hall "but I know it is far more important than that".
Rovers received a message of support today from Rovers sponsor Tony Lester who is currently in Armenia. Tickets are still available through Nigerian scalpers and were rumoured to have hit the $1000 a ticket this afternoon on several dodgey scammer sites. "We don't recommend you pay that for them" said Hall "as we could sneak you in for a backhander of $50 to the team fund".
Rovers Kick Off at The Shed of Dreams at 11.30 and are expected to pack in at least three people to the Western Grandstand.
